あの時の私の訓練と同じく懐中電灯だけで降りたのかなぁ。。 ちなみに管制はバックアップで稼働してます。

- NOTAMを読むと今運用してる滑走路は、ほぼ問題が無いんだね。
06L-24R B滑走路って言うのかな? 一部の報道で否定的な事を言ってたけど、実際は安全と言い切れるね。
でも、もう一つの滑走路は天候が良ければ使えるだろうけど、 本格使用(IMCでの着陸)には修理と費用が高そう。
ILS-LOC,GP,DME,IM FOR RWY 24L-U/S DUE TO TROUBLE.
CAT-II ILS と DME のコストってどれ位なんだろう。 修理するのかな? 雨ざらしの施設だから耐水性は低く無いか。 それとも、廃止してGPSのみで行くってのも最近のトレンド?
旅客機の機長、ILSが無くても、 目視(Visual)での着陸が出来ないって事は無いか。

大分復旧して来た。

- せっかくなので、台風と現状のデータを残してます。
まあ、これで終わりかな。 NOTAMを見る感じじゃ、滑走路自体は完全復旧。
連絡橋の修理工事による、Minimumの変更や飛行ルート修正、仮ルートって感じでしょうかね。 クレーンが障害物になるから、多少の調節は必要だろうけど、 滑走路の点検とかは日常的なので運営上の問題は無いはず。
TVでは関西経済や政治的思惑なんて言う評論家がチラホラだけど NOTAMを見ると、分かって無いなぁって感じ。 中には政権批判で無理やりオープンしたって報道も有ったけど 世界中に公表してるNOTAMを見りゃね、、、 何も知らない者から、飛行機は直ぐに脅かし報道が出てくるから辛いよね。
データはFAAのサイトからNOTAMが簡単に得られますよ。
NOTAMで検索して、、、、、 英語だけど、パイロットなら読めるよね (笑) https://www.notams.faa.gov/dinsQueryWeb/
世界中のNOTAMが見られるはず。 ReportかRawを選んで、空港コードを入れ、、、View NOTAMsをクリックしたらOK Reportは、ちょこっと解読されてて RawはNOTAMそのもの。
