What happens after I submit a category 1-3 training request?

カテゴリー１　〜　３　の申請を出した後はどうなるの？

After you have created a training request and completed your biographical information in the application, you must validate and submit the training
request. Please exit the application, return to the first screen in your account and click on "validate and submit" at the bottom of the page. Once you have submitted the application the following steps will occur:

全ての情報を入力した後には、確認をして送信する必要があります。　入力後は最初のページに戻って "validate and submit"をクリックしてください。すると次に進んでいきます。

1. After you validate and submit your request for flight training, your Flight Training Provider will be notified via email and required to validate or reject your intent to receive flight training with them.　あなたが申請をすると、訓練校にその内容のE-メールが届き、承認するか拒否するかを確認してきます。

2. If the Flight Training Provider validates your request, you will receive e-mail notification and must submit the $130 application fee via the AFSP
website.　訓練校が承認すると、あなたに申請料金をAFSPのサイトから＄１３０ドルの支払いを請求するメールが届きます。

3. Once AFSP receives confirmation of your payment, you will receive e-mail notification of payment receipt and instructions on how to submit ingerprints.　AFSPが支払いの確認をすると、領収のメールと、指紋押捺の提出方法についてのメールが届きます。

At this time, if you have not submitted fingerprints for a previous AFSP training request, you must submit fingerprints.　以前にAFSPに指紋を提出した事無い者は、この時点で指紋を送らなければなりません。

4. If insufficient or erroneous information is supplied or additional information is required, you will be asked to correct the information and re-submit the training request.　もし間違いや、不十分な所があれば、訂正の上、再度リクエストを提出するように求められます。

5. A security threat assessment will be conducted based on the information submitted on the website.　ウエブから提出された情報を元に貴方の安全性を審査されます。

6. Candidates in Categories 1 and 2 are required to wait until Permission to Initiate Training from AFSP, or until the applicable waiting period has expired, before commencing training. カテゴリー１と２の申請者は許可が出るまで待つか、決められた待ち時間（日数）を待つ必要があります。

The waiting period for Category 1 is 30 calendar days after AFSP has received all of the required information, including ingerprints and the fee. カテゴリー１の待ち時間は指紋と申請料金を受け取ってから３０日です。　

The waiting period for Category 2 is 5 business days after AFSP has received all of the required information, including ingerprints and the fee. カテゴリー２の申請者の待ち時間は平日５日間です。（５　Business Days)

You and the Provider will both be notified when permission to train is granted.　許可が出れば、貴方と訓練校に連絡が行きます。

7. Candidates in Category 3 may begin training as soon as AFSP receives all the required information, including the Candidate's passport*, fingerprints, and fee. 　カテゴリー３の申請者は、申請者のパスポートの写し、指紋押捺の提出、料金の支払いを済ませれば、訓練を直ぐに開始できます。

　（何か今まで聞いてきたのと違うので、間違えていたらゴメンなさい。学校に確認してね。２週間とか聞いていたけど。変わったのかな。。。）

You and the Provider will both be notified once AFSP receives the fingerprints and you have permission to initiate training.　AFSPが指紋を受け取ると貴方と訓練校にお知らせが届き、訓練を始める事が出来ます。　

（これに時間が必要だったのかな？　それとも変わったのか？ それかCategory 3に関しては審査中でも訓練は出来るのかな???　TSAの許可が出るまで飛行訓練は一切出来ないと聞いていたんで、自信が有りません。　それにこの様な所は直ぐに変わります。私には不明なんで貴方の訓練校に確認してね。）

8. You and the Flight Training Provider will be notified of any determination made regarding the training request.　貴方と訓練校に、結果が知らされます。

* NOTE - A Candidate may either scan his or her complete passport and submit it to AFSP electronically, or copy his or her complete passport and fax it to AFSP (using the fax number provided in the Contact Information on the AFSP website). Please be sure to write your Training Request ID on your fax sheet.　パスポートはAFSPに電子的に送る事も出来ますし、コピーしてWebに書かれた番号にFAXする事も出来ます。FAXの際は、かならず「Training Request ID」を明記してください。
