B) Class-D空域で、地上からContinetal Control Areaの底面まで。
C) Class-C空域で、地上から700か1,200フィートと決められた所まで。

Continental Control Area 官制空域（Controlled Airspace)の一つ。アメリカ本土４８州の上空14,500 feet MSL以上（2,500 feet AGLを除く）の空域。　アメリカ本土の 14,500feet以上を全てControlled Airspaceとする空域。 （空域をA,B,Cで区別する前の話。）
