CFRは Code of Federal Registerの略です。 これはアメリカ合衆国の法律です。 これの１４が航空に関する事になるので、FAR は 「14 CFR」とも表されます。 Partは FARでもCFRも同じです。 「連邦法の１４番（航空関連）、 Part 91」となります。
